Summary: "The S4 is excellent"

I have been waiting for the "S" series to finally incorporate blu-tooth functionality for my other devices, in addition to my iPhone, tbut also have the option of using itunes/ipod functionality. They have slim-lined the device to be thinner, which is less of a distraction when driving. The "speaker" and sound is excellent, and highly recommend this device to anyone who is thinking of upgrading from the S3 or before, you won't be disappointed! The speaker phone is "loud," and extremely clear (useful for me when I'm meeting my non-english clients, to bring this along, way boots the sound such that translation is clear and easy to understand.

Summary: "Great upgrade to Supertooth3 but could use a longer charging cable"

My wife and I previously purchased two Supertooth 3's so we could have one in each vehicle. One of the units was defective so we had to return it. We were about to order another Supertooth 3 when we thought about an issue we had with them. The problem is that whenever we are in her car either of us could be driving. So that we didn't have to continually turning off the bluetooth connection on the passenger's phone we decided that we should try out this unit because it supports connection to two phones at once. The voice recognition works very well and the bing411 features are nice as well.

Cons:
-No AC adapter in package
-I don't like the swiping action to adjust volume
-MICRO-USB (not mini) cable that comes with the unit is only about 4 inches long so depending on where your cigarette lighter outlet is in the car the unit may have to hang to charge.

Summary: "USB cable is micro-USB, not mini-USB!"

I purchased this product because it uses a "USB cable" for charging. I mistakenly tried to use mini-USB cable and it did not fit. Turns out it's micro-USB. My apologies for any confusion. BlueAnt should specify the USB cable is micro-USB where it plugs into the unit. Other than that the unit works fine.
